Accountability Planning

At the beginning of the New Year, we all make plans that will serve our well-being. Unfortunately, life happens and we lose the drive and motivation to carry out the promises we made to ourselves. I want to make sure you succeed with your plans and goals. I want to make sure you get results in 2023. 

If you desire a successful weekly calendar planning strategy, join me in the comfort of your home for one hour every Saturday. I will meet you at 8:00PM on zoom. In the hour that we are together, I will coach you. You will receive encouragement, planning strategies, you will be able to share an important goal for the week, your wins for the week, and how you will improve your time management if you were unable to complete a goal. 

This group coaching technique is called body doubling. The social presence of others helps with motivation and consistency! Body doubling is a great way to execute top-notch productivity for those with ADHD. While we are on zoom the expectation is that everyone will be on camera, that way the body doubling will work perfectly. Feel free to bring a drink or a snack as we listen to gentle music and answer any personal planning questions. 

I will be using my personal planner by Clever Fox on Amazon. Feel free to use any planner of your choice. I like the Clever Fox planner because it allows space for affirmations, vision board planning, mind mapping, habit tracking, and more! I have already started writing in my planner and have chosen to use colored pens to make my planning fun and decorative. 

Registration is monthly and your investment is non refundable. There will be a free informational workshop for those who will be using the Clever Fox planner on Friday December 30th at 8:00. The purpose is to get you started with preliminary planning so that you will be ready on January 7th.
