About the Event

Throughout this course, you will learn valuable techniques and strategies to help you become more mindful in your daily life. You will also be able to connect with a supportive community of like-minded individuals committed to personal growth and self-improvement.

Remember that mindfulness is a practice; like any skill, it takes time and effort to develop. Be patient with yourself and approach each lesson with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

Alaine will be supporting you every step of the way. The sessions are every Wednesday at 7:00 PM as follows;
