About the Event
Do you have a nighttime routine that prepares you for the day ahead?
Do you spend time scrolling through social media when you should be sleeping?
Are your mornings hectic, chaotic, and difficult or stressful?
If you answered yes to one or more of the three questions, this coaching session is for you. For six days, Alaine will coach you in preparation for better sleep and more productive days. Sleep hygiene is defined as “habits and practices that are conducive to sleeping well on a regular basis.”
The way you prepare to sleep at night, the amount of sleep you get, and the way you wake up in the morning matters. Join me, live, via a zoom call on Sunday March 21st for our initial meet-up. From May 2nd to May 7th, I will meet you on a private Facebook page every morning from 6:00am to 6:30am for a coaching session and instruction for the day.
You will be added to the private Facebook group after you RSVP. Remember, coaching is about getting results!
